As the semester comes to an end, we are again ready to celebrate. The English department will hold its annual English Night event on Thursday, April 24th at 6:30, and you're invited to join us in Reinsch Library Auditorium and Reception Room.
We will be honoring our 2008 graduates and our new Sigma Tau Delta inductees as well as announcing department graduation awards and honors. This year we'll also celebrate the publication of Magnificat, the department's journal of student writing.
Dr. Boyd Hagy will be returning to campus to talk about his work in the theater, and John Detloff from the class of 1998 will give the annual alumni address: "What Can You Do with an English Major."
If you're a member of the graduating class or a Sigma Tau Delta inductee, bring your parents/family. Take a break - come celebrate!
